TTTC: ETS '13 - Special Call for Papers for the Workshop Track

Scope

The IEEE European Test Symposium (ETS) is a well-established forum for presenting and discussing scientific results, emerging ideas, practical applications, hot topics and new trends in the area of electronic-based circuits and system testing. This has been demonstrated again by the large number of submissions we have received for ETS’13.

For ETS’13, we would like, in particular, to promote and vitalize industrial participation, with the help of the workshop track. Submissions to this track include:

emerging idea papers (presenting novel ideas not necessarily supported by extensive experimental results),
case study/best practice papers (presenting extensive experimental results of circuits, methods, or tools which by themselves are not necessarily novel), and
open issue papers (presenting relevant problems that have important industrial impacts for which effective solutions are still missing).

We would like to invite you to submit a paper to this workshop track in any of the areas covered by ETS’13 (visit the website at http://www.lirmm.fr/ETS13/ for general information of ETS’13).
